Self Therapy (One Word Photo Challenge)

In response to Jennifer Nichole Well’s One Word Photo Challenge (Eigengrau). Click on the link to check out other creative and inspiring entries. I promise you’ll be amazed.

I’m not a photographer, but I had a lot of fun creating images of my self therapy.

  • “Be careful of how you talk to yourself because you’re listening” (Lisa M. Hayes)

B - Are You Listening

  • “You can’t change what’s going on around you until you start changing what’s going on within you.”

C - Poor Thing [3]

  • “Oh, the places you’ll go. Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so … get on your way” (Dr. Seuss).

D - No It's Not Okay [3]

  • “You’ve dealt with so much and done the best you can. Take a moment now to appreciate how strong you are.”
